Morning Run

We are beginning to have little tastes of fall. This morning was 64 when I left the house. I know we'll jump back to those hot/humid days but today was just perfect. In the midst of the sunrise I was greeted with a perfectly placed rainbow. It just doesn't get better than that.

  2. BEAUTIFUL picture!!!

i felt like I missed fall this morning... it was 37 half way through my run! it warmed up to almost 80 though this afternoon. :) I sure wish the days would stay "longer" though, at least in the mornings!!

  3. Morning runs make me feel energized throughout a day. I've discovered a good way to increase my endurance and make my body well prepared for my early runs. Read about it on http://bit.ly/Qh9G8S. They write a lot about enhancing your physical capacities. Especially I liked the advices on pre-workout and post-workout nutrition. Now I feel myself full of energy, my muscles sore less after tough trainings and I am ready for long runs as soon as I wake up.

  4. You can learn more about healthy lifestyle and how to exercise at cardiochick . Another helpful resource is airbnbguru where you can find info about travel. Also, great post about water bottles and socks for those who want to be prepared for outdoor activities like skiing.
